Chiropractic adjustments

The adjustments we provide are specific corrections that target mechanical dysfunction in the body. Adjustments help increase motion in targeted joints, which can help alleviate many symptoms. We perform manual adjustments and adjustments with a drop table and activator.

Manual Therapy

We perform several different types of manual therapy. Manual therapy may include trigger point therapy, pin and stretch, post-isometric relaxation and others. These therapies help decrease tension and pain in the soft tissue.

Electrical Stimulation

Also called E-stim, electrical stimulation sends electrical signals into specific areas of the body. Some of the benefits of E-stim include: decreased pain, improved ROM, muscle rehabilitation, improved blood flow and circulation along with other possible benefits.

Low Back Pain

Low back pain is one of the leading causes of workers comp claims worldwide. It can be a huge burden both in our personal lives and on the health care system due to the time lost at work and the cost associated. If you have ever said something like “ I threw my back out”, you very likely fall into this category. Poor postural habits while sitting is one of the most common and easiest ways to slowly damage your back over time. A large portion of the work force sits for extended periods of time either while at their computer or driving a vehicle. After a certain amount of damage has been done to the back, something as simple as bending over to tie your shoe can cause injury. Other workers may have a more physical job, such as carpentry or construction, which places a large amount of repetitive strain on the body. Again, slowly over time the healthy tissue becomes damaged and pain will set in. The longer and more regular the damage occurs, the worse the symptoms will be.
